Your order is created as pending payment. We start packing once the Bitcoin invoice is paid and matched to the order.

Any processing or delivery time shown with the order is an estimate, not a promised date. Address checks, payment confirmation, carrier conditions, and destination rules can all change it.

Orders ship in plain packaging that keeps the contents together and says nothing about them on the outside.

Inspect the parcel when it arrives. If the box or an item is visibly damaged, keep all the packaging and photograph it before you write to us.

Every shipped order has tracking. Carrier scans come from the carrier and can lag behind where the parcel actually is.

You are responsible for giving us a complete, deliverable address and for watching the tracking. Write to us promptly if it shows an exception, a return to sender, or a delivery you cannot find.

Every order carries shipment protection at no charge. It is automatic — there is nothing to add at checkout and nothing to opt into. Coverage runs from the moment the carrier accepts the parcel until the carrier confirms it delivered.

It covers two things: a parcel the carrier confirms lost — no tracking movement for 14 days, or a lost declaration from the carrier — and damage that happens in transit. On a lost parcel we reship or refund in Bitcoin, your choice. On a damaged one we resolve it under the returns process.

Reporting a problem

Inspect the parcel when it arrives. Report damage, or a short or wrong delivery, within 48 hours of the delivery scan, with photographs of the box, the carrier label, and the contents. For a parcel that stops moving, write to us once tracking has shown no scan for 14 days and we open a carrier trace.

What it does not cover

Theft after a confirmed delivery, parcels refused or returned to us, delivery to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout, and damage from handling after the parcel arrived. Protection is about the parcel in transit, not the research material once it is in your hands, and the Research Use Only terms still apply.

Destination availability is decided at checkout. A displayed rate does not override legal, carrier, or destination restrictions.

We may decline or cancel an order we cannot lawfully or reliably ship to the address given. If that order was already paid, the refund is in Bitcoin.
