Tier standing is set by what you order across your membership year — the twelve months from the day you join. Reach a tier and you hold it through all of the next year as well; only the run toward the next tier starts fresh.

Points are a record of what you have bought. They are not a research claim, and they carry no cash value outside the store.
- Worth
- 100 points are $1, spent like credit at checkout when you're signed in. Points cover up to half an order.
- Earned on
- What you pay, credited when the order ships.
- Sooner earns more
- Reorder within 30 days of your last shipment and it earns half again its points; within 60 days, a quarter more; within 90 days, a tenth more — always on top of the base rate.
- Spending points
- Never lowers your tier. Redeeming a reward is not a penalty.
- Your balance
- Never resets. Only tier progress starts fresh each membership year, and any tier you reach is held through the whole of the following year.
- Expiry
- Only after twelve months with no activity on the account.
